The Doctor Who Destiny of the Daleks Collectors Action Figure set contains the Fourth Doctor, Davros and 2 Dalek variants. The Fourth Doctor and Romana arrive on Skaro and discover that the Daleks are using a group of humanoid slaves and heavy drillsto burrow down into the old Kaled city. The Daleks are at war with the robotic Movellan race who have also arrived on Skaro,determined to find out what the Dalek plan is. It's soon revealed what the Dalek objective is; Davros their creator! The Movellansinsist in joining the Doctor in the race to find him. However on being located by the Doctor, Davros revives, his life supportsystems having held him in suspended animation ever since being exterminated by his own creations centuries before. Davros issoon rescued by the Daleks though, and he quickly surmises that the battle computers of the two races are locked in a logicalstalemate, and that he could break it by introducing an element of intuition.The Movellans, having reached the same conclusion, insist the Doctor to do likewise for them. Knowing this, Davros attempts todestroy the Movellan ship using a suicide squad of Daleks loaded with bombs. The Doctor soon disables the robot Movellans, andreturns to the Kaled City and tricks Davros into detonating the explosives before they reach the ship. The defeated Davros iscryogenically frozen until the freed slave workers can take him to Earth and put on trial for his crimes.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Providers We use USPS and UPS for delivery, depending upon which you choose at checkout. Refused & Undeliverable Shipments We will attempt to contact you if a shipment is returned to us due to an error on your part. Any re-shipping costs are due by you before the package can be shipped again. If an order is "returned to sender" we will attempt to contact you twice. If we do not hear back within a week, we will refund the order (less the original shipping costs).
